My Lovely Wife and I shall sally forth tomor­row to a couple of undis­closed loc­a­tions, for the pur­poses of, as Elmer Fudd would put it, west and wewax­a­tion. Because frankly, we are both as fried as we’ve ever been.

This will mean less, and I mean a lot less, blog­ging from me until after Labor Day. But fear not! I have reques­ted the guest blog­ging ser­vices of my friend, fre­quent com­menter, and one­time inter­locutor Aaron Aradillas, who has accep­ted. For which I’m thrilled. I’m basic­ally giv­ing him the keys to the car, with no instruc­tions or dir­ect­ives or your syn­onym here, and I’m look­ing for­ward to see­ing what he comes up with. This isn’t to say I won’t chime in if the muse strikes me, or some cata­clysm calls for it, but from here­on in, do give Aaron a warm wel­come and recep­tion, and thanks. See you soon.
