From the director of BATTLE ROYALE and part of TORA TORA TORA! That’s always seemed strange to me.
This movie used to come on Channel 5 in the afternoons on a fairly regular basis. I remember watching it after school with my brother. Not even slightly scary, even to elementary school kids, but kinda awesome.
It’s good to see such ‘lowly’ Warner Archive DVDs (also ‘Brewster McCloud’) sporting quality picture transfers. Even Gary Tooze, as smitten with Blu-ray as he is, has been impressed with this (and others).
