Would love for you to be right about Melissa McCarthy, but I can’t imagine why you think it’s a race between her and Bejo. Octavia Spencer has won just about every significant precursor award, and I can’t see her losing now.
As for Dujardin hurting his chances with that SNL appearance, I’d say not likely, for one of two reasons:
1) Most ballots were probably turned in before that show aired.
2) Few Academy voters saw it.
