My con­tinu­ing dif­fi­culties in prop­erly watch­ing audi­ovisu­al mater­i­als inspires a more rumin­at­ive vari­ation on the Foreign Region DVD Report this week. Some thoughts on how the Warner Archive has made over­seas shop­ping a little less neces­sary, and a note that help is sup­posedly on the way, at The Daily Notebook, as has been the cus­tom of this fea­ture for a little over two years now.

    MERRILL’S MARAUDERS was a reg­u­lar Warner Home Video release back in 2007.

    2008, actu­ally, April, to be exact, almost a year after I reviewed the French disc of it, which came out in 2006, and I bought in March of 2007. But you’re right, it was a reg­u­lar Warner release, not a Warner Archive issue, so give your­self a medal.
