Mouthless

…is probably not going to be sufficient. However, due to certain personal promises I've made, I am enjoined from saying much of anything about the latest intertubes kerfuffle that occurred over the weekend. Regular readers of this blog my infer that the whole thing fills my oversize being with raucous hilarity. Such an inference would not be far wrong. But, like I said. In any event, it might be a good idea to keep my powder dry until this week's "Topics" column at The Auteurs'.

FYI, I missed all this delight as it was happening due to my weekend vacation from computing devices, which, although you didn't ask, couldn't have gone better. My Lovely Wife and I met up with my fabulous in-laws in Colonial Williamsburg, where we enjoyed both relaxation and edification. I had peanut soup for the first time in about 40 years, and my, it was even more delicious than I remembered. Also, just so you know: The Lodge at Williamsburg has one of the best, if not the best, brunch buffets I've ever seen, and from San Francisco to Singapore to Cannes to Memphis, I've seen myself a few. Highly recommended!
