Ditto to Jim Emerson. Looking forward to picking this one up. Only ‘Momofuku’ has eluded me these last few albums of his. I did think ‘Delivery Man’ was on of the best albums of the decade.
Damn, I didn’t know Elvis was in Americathon. One of those films that has been eluding me for years.
Larry: The “Americathon” soundtrack was where “I Don’t Want to Go to Chelsea” made its US vinyl debut. Not that I’m recommending the movie.
I’ve just read that Monica Johnson, a co-writer on “Americathon” and writing partner with Albert Brooks in his films, has passed.
