…and here's where I'll probably be getting it today…
UPDATE:it was a tasty experience, to be sure. But my heart still belongs to Bryant's.

“Dan Slevin is consistently, convincingly, unpretentiously, perceptively, thoughtfully and articulately the best film reviewer across all media.” – RNZ National listener feedback.
Glenn, if you ever trek down to Austin (for SxSW or any other reason for that matter) you have to rent a car and take the 40 minute drive to Lockhart. Smitty’s is worth a vacation of its own.
I admit that since losing my job I have contemplated a road trip for the sole purpose of visiting Prince’s Hot Chicken Shack in Memphis and Arthur Bryant in KC.
Man, I’ve always wanted to try Bryant’s (no relation). I should’ve made the trip when I lived in Kentucky. Would’ve been a shorter haul. Here in the LA area, I’ve enjoyed Dr. Hogly Wogly’s Tyler Texas BBQ. There doesn’t seem to be any mutton out here though.
